You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We do not provide return labels.

Returns and exchanges must be completed within 10 days from the date of purchase.

Please send items to our boutique’s address (provided on your receipt) with tracking confirmation.
4. Store Credit

Once your return or exchange is processed, you will receive store credit equal to the original purchase price (minus any applicable shipping costs).

Store credit is valid for future purchases at NA Trends Boutique and does not expire.
