Return & Exchange Policy
At NA Trends Boutique, we want you to love everything you order! Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
🔄 Exchanges
We accept exchanges only — no refunds. If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at na.trendstx@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the exchange.
📦 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. We do not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
✅ Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any stains
- With all original tags still attached
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
❌ Non-Eligible Items
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- Sale or discounted items
- Jewelry and accessories
- Shoes (unless defective)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
⚠️ All Sales Final On
All jewelry, accessories, and sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
📬 How to Start an Exchange
- Email us at na.trendstx@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to exchange
- We'll confirm eligibility and provide instructions
- Ship the item back at your expense using a trackable method
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your exchange
