Return & Exchange Policy

At NA Trends Boutique, we want you to love everything you order! Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

🔄 Exchanges

We accept exchanges only — no refunds. If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at na.trendstx@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the exchange.

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. We do not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

✅ Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any stains
  • With all original tags still attached
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

❌ Non-Eligible Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Jewelry and accessories
  • Shoes (unless defective)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged

⚠️ All Sales Final On

All jewelry, accessories, and sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

📬 How to Start an Exchange

  1. Email us at na.trendstx@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to exchange
  2. We'll confirm eligibility and provide instructions
  3. Ship the item back at your expense using a trackable method
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your exchange
